January in the Lake District

January may well have been bleak for lots reasons - full lockdown in the UK, short cold days and I had started a new job but not allowed out on farm visits. Despite that I was able to escape into my local fells most weekends, venturing above the clouds into another world altogether. I even managed to fit in an eventful camp before the lockdown started. Here are some of my favourite photos from that month.

All photos were taken on Kodak Portra 160 and Portra 800 film stocks, using my Nikon FE and 50mm lens.
